55- Teeter-totter

Father-Daughter | Teeter-Totter

Should the sun go down

Before that last game of tag,

That last teeter-totter challenge-

Turn a headlamp on

And keep on playing

Youth is a state of heart and mind,

Not a chronological measurement

Not a yardstick

Just a playground of the soul.

I’ll hold on-

(you will)

We will.

I've enjoyed the Peter Pan syndrome for a long time. But I think it's been way too long since I enjoyed a playground. Thanks for the reminder.

Pick an age you like and stick with it, that's my story. loved this--and the pic of the driftwood embedded with polished stones is just amazing--like a jeweled bracelet or something.

You certainly know how to amp up the fun! If my four year old ever thought of a headlamp, I'd be in huge trouble! Love the photos.

Jeff did such a nice job on this photo. I, too, thought of jewelry, custom crafted, when I saw the rocks in the wood. But I also thought of cairns...

One-track mind, I guess...
